Christina & Slavco

Christina and Slavco finally tied the knot on the 9th May 2021 after twice having to reschedule due to Covid restrictions at St. Nikola Macedonian Orthodox Church in Preston and had their reception at the picturesque Manor on High in Epping.

We love hearing about proposal stories and this one is no different. Christina tells us, “It was for my birthday in November 2018, I wasn’t keen on doing much to celebrate, however Slavco booked an apartment in the city for two nights. On the day of the proposal, he took me shopping to buy a new outfit and took me out for lunch at Nobu at Crown.”

Christina didn’t know she was about to be in on the surprise of her life and she continues, “When we arrived back into the apartment, he called me into the bedroom where I saw the room set up with rose petals and candles all over the room and some balloons that spelt out “marry me” and Slavco was on one knee with my dream ring. It was later I found out, that he had called our closest family and friends to help set up the room while we were out to lunch and then later that night we had a big celebration.” So thoughtful and how romantic!

The wedding day was such a special day for both Christina and Slavco and they were so happy to be able to share the day with all their friends and family, even though they had to wait a little while longer than they had anticipated to get married. Christina tells us, “Our wedding was unfortunately postponed twice due to the Covid restrictions, but once the day finally arrive, it was the most special day ever!”

Belle et Blanc bride ‘Christina’ came into our bridal store and picked out the stunning ‘Anika’ wedding dress, with a customised detachable overskirt. Christina tells us, “I felt like such a princess, it was the most perfect dress!”  We absolutely agree, Christina looked like a real life princess in her gown.

We are so thankful to Christina and Slavco, and feel so honoured Christina picked Belle et Blanc to be part of their day, and we absolutely love the photographs.
