Leah & Josh

Leah and Josh tied the knot on the 23rd April 2022. They were married at St Brendan’s Church in Flemington and had the reception at Meadowbank Estate, an intimate & pristine garden estate in Campbellfield. Meadowbank is a venue which makes the most important day of your life become the most unforgettable

Josh proposed at a ‘Dine In The Dark’ venue in Singapore. Leah tells us, “It was supposed to be a dining experience in total darkness where you ate foods you wouldn’t normally eat because you couldn’t see them. Because the food was a little eccentric, it wasn’t the best food ever and I was left feeling a little disappointed. Just as we finished, I said to Josh I was ready to leave because I was disappointed by the dining experience, and he said, ‘I know what will cheer you up’ and he pulled out a out a ring box that lit up so I could see the ring and asked me to marry him.”

The wedding day was such a special day for both Leah and Josh and they felt so blessed to share the day with all their family and friends. Leah tells us, “I felt so excited on my wedding day. I had the most relaxing morning getting ready with my parents and bridesmaids; they made me feel so special! But the best part of the day by far was walking into the church and seeing my husbands face as I walked down the aisle.” Isn’t that so romantic, and you can see that very moment captured in the photographs below. Leah continues, “My sister, who was my maid of honour was definitely the most memorable part of my day. She wrote the most beautiful speech that had everybody in the room crying!”

Belle et Blanc bride ‘Leah’ came into our bridal store and picked out the stunning ‘‘Vesna’ wedding dress, a gorgeous princess v-neck gown with romantic flowing tulle and 3-D lace appliqué beaded detailing. Leah found Belle et Blanc via Easy Weddings, the bridal bible directory. Easy Weddings is your go-to for all things wedding planning related. She came in with her Mum and Mother-In-Law who so lovingly helped guide Leah into choosing her dream gown. Every bride wants to look and feel amazing on their wedding day and Leah tells us how she felt in her wedding gown, “I felt so beautiful in my gown, it was exactly what I dreamt of!”

We are so thankful to Leah and Josh, and feel so honoured Leah picked Belle et Blanc to be part of their day, and we absolutely love the photographs.
