Lisa & Tony

Lisa & Tony tied the knot on January 6th 2024, at Our Lady of Immaculate Conception in Sunshine, followed by the reception at Leonda by the Yarra, a premier event venue nestled in the picturesque suburb of Hawthorn. Renowned for its exquisite charm and iconic setting, Leonda has become one of the city’s celebrated venues. 

Tony had a romantic proposal in store for Lisa; she tells us, “Tony proposed to me on Nami Island in Korea in November 2023. A day before Tony was meant to propose, I fell and broke my most important fingernail. Tony waited patiently while I went to a nail salon to fix it, and a little suspicious. Nami Island is a picturesque island filled with yellow, orange, and red autumn trees and it’s so beautiful. Tony then surprised me with my best friends from Australia, who were hiding in a nearby bush, and then in front of my best friends, Tony asked, ‘Will you marry me’ and of course I said, Yes!”

Belle et Blanc bride ‘Lisa’ picked the ‘Lina’ fit and flare wedding gown, with exquisite lace and beading. Lisa tells us how she came to choose her beautiful gown, “I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The staff were genuine about their feedback and knew how to help me find the perfect dress based on what I felt. I absolutely loved my gown Lina, and all the beautiful details in the dress.”
